Since the company's launch in early 2000, ME Consulting has been engaged in providing regulatory and business consulting services to international medical device and biomedical related product manufacturing companies. The management team has decades of experience working for leading global medical device manufacturing companies, and has substantial experience in international business in relation to the medical device and diagnostic pharmaceutical markets in Japan. Our regulatory experts provide regulatory support to regulatory applications for medical devices in Japan. With more than 30 years marketing and sales experiences in American and Australian pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies, Hajime Noguchi has acquired a broad range of skills to manage medical device companies and to give professional advice to these companies for success under the severe competition of the Japanese market, with its many regulatory issues.

Prior to forming ME Consulting, Hajime Noguchi experienced working in four global business companies. For 11 years he worked with Nihon Cochlear Co., Ltd. (1991-2002) as President and Representative Director, for 7 years with Mallinckrodt Japan Co., Ltd. ( 1984-1990), for 2 and a half years with the Ethicon Div. of Johnson & Johnson Medical K.K.(1981-1983) and for 7 and a half years with Smith Kline & French Overseas Company in Japan (1972-1980). He has an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird in Phoenix, USA and an MOC from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
